API integrations and bridges between systems.

Pohoda, KROS, Money S3, SOAP, REST, FTP, ODBC. Legacy systems without an API are handled via RPA. Your system stays untouched — we add a layer that makes it more usable.

Sound familiar?

Six situations that make integrations fail.

Manual copy-pastingFrom the e-shop to the warehouse to accounting - copy-paste, errors, wasted time.
Legacy system without an APIPohoda 2016 on a Windows Server. The vendor says there is no API. And yet you still need the integration.
Expensive Zapier alternativesZapier/Make costs EUR 200/mo at higher volume. And it breaks on more complex scenarios.
No error handlingSomething failed overnight and in the morning you are missing 50 orders. No alert, no retry.
No auditYou do not know who synced what and when. When errors happen, you cannot trace the cause.
Multiple-source chaosCustomer data lives in 4 systems - which one is the truth? Nobody knows.
What we build

Six types of integration we have already deployed.

From a simple REST API integration to an RPA bridge across legacy systems without an API.

E-shop ↔ accounting

Automatic transfer of orders from your e-shop (Shoptet, WooCommerce, custom) into Pohoda/KROS/Money S3.

from EUR 3,000

CRM ↔ marketing

Lead sync between your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and marketing tools (Brevo, Mailchimp, Meta Ads).

from EUR 2,500

ERP ↔ e-shop

Real-time sync of stock, prices and categories from your ERP into the e-shop. Orders flow back into the ERP.

from EUR 4,000

Legacy via RPA

For systems without an API - a robot that operates the existing application (clicking, filling in fields). Pohoda 2016, KROS, custom.

from EUR 5,000

Custom API gateway

A custom API layer over your internal systems. For a mobile app, partner integrations or a public API.

from EUR 6,000

Data pipeline

ETL flow between databases, exports, reports and BI tools. Automated, monitored, scheduled.

from EUR 4,500
How we work

Five phases from audit to monitoring.

Building an integration is one thing. Keeping it robust against errors or API changes matters more.

01

Systems audit

1-2 days · free

We identify the systems, their APIs, data models and sync frequencies. Architecture proposal.

02

Design & pricing

3-5 days

Workflow diagram, field mapping, error handling strategy, monitoring. Fixed price.

03

Build & test

2-4 wks

Implementation against a test dataset. Edge case handling, retry logic, audit log.

04

Launch & monitoring

1 wk

Deployment, real-time monitoring, alerting (Slack, email). Documentation.

05

Maintenance & evolution

ongoing

Tracking API changes, vendor updates, scaling. Monthly support from EUR 190.

FAQ

What clients ask us most often.

Do you integrate Pohoda 2016 (without an API) too?
Yes - via RPA (robotic process automation). A robot operates Pohoda like a human would - clicking, filling in fields. It works even for old versions without an API. Price from EUR 5,000.
How much does an integration cost?
A simple API ↔ API integration (Stripe ↔ Pohoda) from EUR 3,000. A more complex one (multi-source, custom logic) EUR 5,000-10,000. Legacy via RPA from EUR 5,000. Monthly support from EUR 190/mo.
How quickly can you deploy an integration?
A standard REST API integration takes 2-3 weeks. Legacy via RPA 4-6 weeks. A complex multi-source flow 6-8 weeks.
What if the vendor changes the API?
Monitoring catches a breaking change immediately. You get an alert in Slack/email. The fix is covered by monthly support at no extra charge (up to 2h of work). Larger changes by agreement.
Does it run in real time or in batches?
Both. Real-time (webhook to processing) for critical flows (orders, payments). Batch (once an hour/day) for non-critical ones (reporting, archive). It depends on the use case.
What does the monitoring look like?
A real-time dashboard - number of syncs, error rate, latency, queue size. Alerts via Slack, email or SMS. For critical failures, an instant PagerDuty alert.
Do you also build a custom API gateway for our own application?
Yes. A custom API layer over your systems - for a mobile app, partner B2B, or a public API. Including authentication, rate limiting and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
Let's talk integration

We start with an audit of your systems.

30 minutes, free. We identify the systems, their APIs and the data flow. You get a written summary with a scope estimate - even if you decide not to continue with us.
